MPP DUNLOP HONOURARY CHAIR FOR MS WALK

(Orillia): Simcoe North MPP Garfield Dunlop is gearing up to be the Honourary Chair of the Orillia MS Walk for 2012. The event takes place in more than 160 Communities across Canada this weekend.

“I am honoured to take part in the MS Walks in my riding.” said Dunlop. “I am also pleased to lend my name and support to such a worthwhile cause. Multiple Sclerosis affects so many people. I encourage everyone to join this fundraiser to enhance community support programs and to fund research for a cure.”

The MS Walk is a family-oriented, community-supported event that makes a difference in the lives of Canadians living with MS. It is the MS Society’s largest pledge-based fundraiser involving over 65,000 participants and volunteers.
