is regarding the manner in which the McGuinty Liberals
approved the expansion of the Green Lane landfill
in St. Thomas and the draft design approval for
Site 41 in the Township of Tiny. |

to issue a draft design approval to the County of
Simcoe for the proposed Site 41 landfill. The draft
design approval was issued on Monday, July 10, shortly
after the provincial legislature adjourned for the
